The deposit to confirm the reservation must be sent within 5 days. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but if it occurs more than 7 days before your arrival, you can use it to confirm a future reservation even after 1 year. If the cancellation occurs within the 7 days before the arrival, the deposit will be retained as reimbursement for expenses.
